customers while ensuring responsibility and commitment towards continual improvement of the
effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

We also ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and endeavor to
maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided by PALMONE ENGINEERING LIMITED.
This policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing our corporate quality objectives,
which are set and established at all levels and departments within our organization.

Copies of this policy statement are placed at strategic locations within our office premises and we
ensure that every staff is aware of its contents and importance towards meeting and exceeding our
customer’s needs and expectations.
As the need arises, this policy is reviewed periodically for adequacy especially when there is change
in our core operations for suitability purpose.
